This statement was prepared on 3rd November 2020

An actual evaluation of the website’s compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, by an assessment carried out by a third party, in this case by the Malta Communications Authority.

The person responsible for accessibility and for processing requests sent through the feedback mechanisms is that of the IT unit at the Malta Council for Science and Technology, which include the Senior Executive and any other member in the Information Technology team.

Enforcement procedure

The enforcement procedure to be used in the case of unsatisfactory responses to any notification or request sent in accordance with Article 7(1)(b) of the Directive shall be sent directly to the Senior Executive in the IT unit, and if deemed necessary to the Director which the IT Unit falls under.
