Young Europeans in a Knowledge-based Society

Last October 500 young Europeans were encouraged to develop 20 recommendations on the European Knowledge-Based Society at a seminar in Poitiers, France. This was one of the intitiatives of the French Presidency of the European Union, two French organisations, the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and the Association Française des Petits Débrouillards (AFPD).
